How to Order

How do I make an order?

When you decide to put in an order, just enter the quantity of the item that you need and click the shopping cart button. The item will be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping and would like to proceed to payment. Click on the Show Cart link on the top right of the web page and you will be directed to the your shopping cart where you can check out. Just follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the payment after clicking the check out link. We will contact you shortly after your order to inform you the dispatch date.

How do I keep a record of the things that I have ordered?

After you have made a purchase, a record of the items you purchase can be accessed by logging into your buyer account. The list can be viewed under Account Maintenance.

Why do I need to log in before checking out?

By logging into your customer account before checking out, we will be able to retrieve and store your personal information together with your shopping cart items and payment status. This will allow us to quickly identify you and process your order.

How do I maneuver through the check out?

There are four steps to the check out process.

First, click on the check out button after reviewing the list of items in your shopping cart.

Second, You will need to confirm your shipping address and if you have any discount coupon, you can use it at this stage.

Third, It is then followed by the confirmation of shipping method where the postage will be displayed.

Lastly, the last would be to confirm your payment method.

After completing these four steps, you will be directed to our payment processing agent's (Paypal) secure page where you can authorize the payment.

You will receive email notification together with tracking number when your parcel is being sent.
