Do you ship internationally?
Most of our orders are from international customers. We ship everywhere Singapore Post, FedEx, DHL, and Aramex delivers.

How if I want fast shipment?
You may contact us by providing your mailing address. We will then reply you with the express shipping rate. Express shipping takes just 2-7 days to reach any country around the world.

What is your payment gateway?
We are using Paypal for all payment processing. With Paypal, we can accept all major Visa, Mastercards, debit cards and charge cards.

How if I didn't receive my item after stipulated time frame?
We send all items via registered mail and will provide you with the tracking number. You can trace the item status by referring to the providing tracking number. If the item didn't reach you after 30 days, you may contact us and we will make a full refund to you. 

Do the item purchased include of all taxes?
1. Our product price includes the value of goods, packaging cost and export taxes, not including international import duties.

2. Import duties, taxes, and charges are excluded in the item price or shipping fee.

3. The import duties are buyers' responsibility. To avoid additional charges from import duties, please kindly check with your country's custom office is there any additional charges / determine what these additional charges before purchase.             

Can you send me a catalog?
We don’t currently produce catalogs either in hardcopy or softcopy. All the items that we have we already listed on the website and you can check from time to time for newly release items.
